Omar Sy becomes first black actor to win France ‘Oscar’

It sounds hard to be believe but French actor Omar Sy has become the first black actor to win a Cesar, the French equivelant of the Oscars.

Sy won the award for his role as a smart alec male nurse in the comedy about a quadriplegic aristocrat and his home-help from the melting-pot suburbs of Paris in the French box office hit  “Intouchables” (Untouchables).
